As a fellow couples therapist, I have truly enjoyed consulting and working with Sarah. She makes it incredibly easy to talk about topics that are challenging. Her knowledge of relationships (what works and what doesn’t) is extensive and she just knows how to make you feel really comfortable when working through the tough stuff. When I am looking to collaborate with a fellow relationship expert, Sarah is my go-to. So, if you’re looking for quality support and guidance from the comfort of your home, then Sarah is for you. (She offers online services! Such a treat!) Thank you for all you do, Sarah.

I met Dr. Sarah on a Discovering Intimacy retreat that she was leading in Nosara, Costa Rica. I absolutely adore her. She was on the retreat as a leader/teacher hosting workshops and seminars and offering counseling to both couples and single people on the retreat like myself. She carries with her a constant a sense of calmness and stability that is infectious. I connected with her immediately and felt very comfortable sharing things about myself and my life with her in a very organic way. She is gentle, kind, and clearly very education and well-versed in her field. I was lucky enough to watch her coach various couples through emotional and raw moments and experience real breakthroughs in their relationships. Although I am not in a relationship, she helped me to understand how my childhood and grief effect both my romantic relationships and friendships. She is fiercely passionate about her work and a very good therapist. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
