Meet Mari: Your Partner in Rediscovering Love & Connection

Many couples experience a painful gap between the love they have for each other and the recurring issues that drive them apart. Maybe you find yourself lying awake at night, replaying arguments and feeling the tension in your body. Perhaps you miss the confidence and joy you once felt in your relationship and worry that the damage is beyond repair. You might even feel frustrated by repeated miscommunications, unmet needs, and the growing emotional distance.

Mari focuses on helping you enhance friendship, respect, shared values, and trust—essential building blocks for a resilient relationship. She helps you identify and build upon your strengths while addressing areas that need improvement. You will learn effective communication skills, ways to reduce conflict, and strategies to deepen intimacy. Mari guides you through practical exercises that you can implement in your daily life, fostering independence and confidence in your relationship.

Mari listens not only to your words but also to the subtleties of your non-verbal communication. She will help you explore negative relationship patterns, past hurts, and underlying issues in a safe and controlled environment where you both can learn how to share vulnerably and truly understand and empathize with each other.

By exploring early relational patterns, attachment styles, and family of origin history, Mari helps you understand how past experiences influence your present relationship. This insight allows for healing and growth, enabling you to show up as your whole, authentic self.

Mari is sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of her clients. She loves working with creatives, folks living alternative lifestyles, and those who identify as sensitive and compassionate. She approaches each couple with cultural humility and is well-versed in trauma-informed practices, ensuring a respectful and supportive environment.

Mari’s clients describe her as “a real person”, authentic, compassionate, warm, funny, and effective. She understands that relationships go through good times and bad. She is committed to helping you navigate both, ensuring that over time, the good times last longer and you can weather the bad times more effectively.
